ABI has provided custom-designed support to ADCB for more than four years. We have designed and delivered Leadership and Management Development programs, Coaching support, and Assessment Profiling services at locations throughout the UAE, for both local and expatriate employees at all levels.

ABI remains the client’s ONLY retained external provider of Learning & Development support services throughout the recent international financial uncertainties.

ABI have been providers-of-choice and have acted as “Retained Consultants” since the foundation of EIG on all HR matters, including Assessment, Selection, Training, Contracts, and Strategy.

ABI is proud to be still involved in the establishment of a business empire that now spans Investment, Trading, Property Development, Private Airlines, Hospitality & Concierge Services, Agriculture and Philanthropy on an international scale.

ABI was asked to provide Emiratisation support, specifically in the Competency, Assessment and Development of career paths for UAE Nationals, and, during the 3-year project, consistently surpassed all budgetary and employment metrics.

One notable result was the design and delivery of a training program that was so well-regarded that an international oil company subsequently approached ENOC and requested permission to send their employees on the ENOC training course.

ABI was retained by SIB for an almost 3-year project in which a complete support service for all aspects of HR provision within the Bank was provided.

Special emphasis was given to Learning & Development services, including one-to-one coaching of senior staff, many of whom have since moved on to bigger, more senior, roles with other organizations.

Members of ABI were amongst the first overseas consultants to be invited to visit and comment (with practical solutions) on IOC’s national and international marketing and training operations.

The Chairman of ABI was invited to plant and name a garden feature in one of IOC’s largest facilities, in recognition of ABI’s work.

ABI was selected to undertake a complete “Competency Framework” review of the parent organisation and all of its Divisions. The project resulted in a transfer of knowledge plus a unifying “Competency Framework” for KPC and its workforce.
ABI designed and delivered one of the very first international Management Development programmes for QEW’s engineering staff in conjunction with ABI’s UK associates.
ABI was selected to provide Learning & Development support to the senior managers of this Karachi-based major Group of the Habib international empire.
